Flat-rate plans from $350/month
Separate from the virtual assistant packages, I offer dedicated flat-rate monthly bookkeeping plans for small businesses, reconciliation, categorization, monthly financial statements, and reporting, delivered via QuickBooks Online or Xero. Behind on your books? Catch-up and cleanup are available too.
Reconciliation & Categorization
Bank and credit card reconciliation with every transaction categorized and organized.
Monthly Statements
Monthly P&L and balance sheet, plus reporting that gives you real visibility into your numbers.
A/R, A/P & Sales Tax
Accounts receivable and payable tracking and sales tax filing on the Growth and Premium plans.

What happens if I use all my hours?
Additional hours are billed at $35/hour, or if you're consistently needing more, we can upgrade you to the next package tier.
Is there a weekly check-in?
Yes, every package includes a 30-minute weekly check-in call so you always know where things stand.
Can I combine virtual assistant and bookkeeping services?
Absolutely. Many clients pair a virtual assistant package with a bookkeeping plan for full behind-the-scenes support. The two are billed separately, VA packages by hours, bookkeeping by transaction volume, but you get one point of contact and one seamless working relationship. Just mention both on your discovery call and we'll set you up.
How does bookkeeping pricing work?
Bookkeeping is a separate service with its own flat-rate monthly plans, Essentials ($350/mo), Growth ($650/mo), and Premium ($1,100/mo), that scale with your transaction volume and reporting needs.
